Do you ever find yourself caught in a cycle of overthinking? You know, those moments when you can’t stop replaying a conversation in your head, or worrying about something that hasn’t even happened yet? So, you’re not alone. Overthinking can be a difficult habit to break, but it’s important to remember that it’s not impossible.

Overthinking can be a major obstacle in achieving our goals, and it can also lead to anxiety and stress. In this blog post, we’ll go over seven steps to help you stop overthinking and start living a more productive and fulfilling life.

1. SCHEDULE "OVERTHINKING TIME"

  • Schedule 20-30 minutes of "overthinking time" in your daily calendar. This will help you postpone your worrying and will also limit the amount of time you do it.

2. INTERRUPT OVERTHINKING

  • When you're overthinking, stop and change focus. For example, play your favourite song or a funny video, call a friend, walk around your building, or do anything else that will move your attention away from your thoughts.

3. LOOK FOR SOLUTION

  • There is a reason behind everything if you are overthinking there is reason behind it.
  • You have to find that reason and that reason is your solution.
