1. Make eye contact:

It shows respect and interest in what the other person is saying 👀.

But remember, it’s about balance don’t stare .

2. Don't interrupt

It can be tempting to jump in with your thoughts or advice but don’t do it 😬.

Let the other person express themselves fully before you respond.

3. Give nonverbal feedback

Nodding your head, smiling, and leaning forward are all cues that signal you’re engaged and understanding. Use them during your conversations 😊.

4. Reflect on what’s being said

Paraphrase or summarize the other person's words to show that you are processing the information.

This also helps to clarify that you’re understanding them correctly 💯
