1. What you do daily determines who you become
- It's weird to think of a time when I wasn't aware of the power of daily habits.
- Nearly everything in life compounds over time.
- Both positive habits, and negative ones.Your habits shape your life, it's a fact.
2. You're allowed to be happy now
- I used to think happiness was a destination.
- One I would reach when I had accomplished some arbitrary set of goals.I understand now that it's a journey.
- One that we embark on each and every day. happy days --> happy months --> happy life
3. You don't have to have it all figured out
- Who am I? What’s my purpose? Am I working the right job? These questions kept me up at night more times than I could count.
- The reality is that NO ONE has life figured out. Do your best, but you don’t have to be so damn hard…
