1. Your past does not determine your future. Give yourself another chance.

2. Worry less about being perfect. Focus more on being real.

3. Don't use your energy to worry, use your energy to believe that great things are going to happen to you.

4. Stress can be a huge factor in worsening depression. Do not let your difficulties fill you with anxiety, after all, it is only on the darkest nights that stars shine more brightly.

5. Surround yourself with people who make you happy. People who make you laugh, who help you when you’re in need.

People who genuinely care. They are the ones worth keeping in your life. Everyone else is just passing through.

6. I promise you nothing is as chaotic as it seems. Nothing is worth your health.

Do not trade something for stress, anxiety, and fear.

Nothing is worth that much. Smile, breathe, and go slowly.
