Most people are unhappy.

So, I've spent 200 hours+ binging every single Andrew Huberman podcast online.

What i found?

1. Do we have control over our Happiness?

  • Relying on external things for our happiness means not having control over it.
  • Never outsource happiness to someone/something else.
  • We are in charge of our happiness, and we allow others to add to it but not define it.

2. Anticipation Increases Happiness

  • The anticipation of something positive increases our happiness.
