Here’s a simple yet powerful guide to harnessing the power of subconscious reprogramming

  • Before you fall asleep, please decide on a specific area of your life or mindset you’d like to change. Your subconscious mind is more receptive when you’re relaxed and pre-sleep. This is the ideal time to plant positive seeds. Spend 2-3 minutes repeating a specific affirmation or visualizing your desired outcome.

For example, if you're working on self-confidence, repeat: "I am confident and capable in all that I do." This helps prime your subconscious before you sleep.

  • Play positive affirmations during sleep. While you’re asleep, your conscious mind is quiet, but your subconscious is still active and can more effectively absorb affirmations.
