1. FIGURE OUT YOUR GOALS:

The first step towards building self-discipline is to identify your goals.

You need to have a clear idea of what you want to achieve, it can be:

- Lose some weight
- Save more money
- Learn a new skill

Clarity of mind gives you ability to take action

2. CREATE A PLAN:

Once you have identified your goals, create a plan to achieve them.

Break your goals down into smaller, manageable steps and create a schedule to work towards them.

This will help you stay focused and on track.

You cannot achieve your goals without a plan.
